Service Assured® Water Service Repair Coverage
Automatic Enrollment & Costs
As of January 1, 2022, all eligible residential water customers who are not currently enrolled are automatically enrolled in Service Assured® Water.
Program details
- A fee of $1.99 will appear as a separate line item on your monthly RPU bill.
- If you also enroll in the Service Assured® Electric Repair Program, the total cost for both is $3.00.
- No deductible applies to this coverage.

How to Opt Out
If you do not wish to participate in Service Assured® Water Coverage, you may opt out. However, opting out means you will be responsible for any repair costs. For full details and the required opt-out form, view the Service Assured® Opt Out Form.
