Residential Rebates

If you have purchased new energy-efficient or water-efficient appliances or equipment, you may be eligible to receive a rebate through our Conserve & SaveTM program. Simply submit a rebate application to get started. 

Please review the application forms linked below for minimum efficiency requirements, as well as complete program terms and conditions. 

If you are interested in applying for an Electric Vehicle (EV) rebate, please note that enrollment in one of RPU’s Time-of-Use rates is required. Visit our Electric Vehicles (EV) page to learn more. 

Disclaimer: If a customer’s Rochester Public Utilities account is more than 30 days delinquent, any rebate payments will be applied to the account balance.
