Rates and Fees
RPU’s rates and fees are designed to reflect the actual cost of providing safe, reliable utility services to our community. They are informed by comprehensive cost-of-service studies, which help ensure that charges are fair, equitable, and aligned with the level of service provided. Rates and fees are reviewed annually to account for changes in operational costs, infrastructure needs, and regulatory requirements, and any adjustments are subject to approval by both the RPU Board and the City Council to ensure transparency and accountability.
