Service Assured® Electric Repair Program
Automatic Enrollment & Costs (Effective March 1, 2025)
As of March 1, 2025, all eligible residential electric customers who are not enrolled will be automatically enrolled in Service Assured® Electric. The RPU Board approved this expansion on September 24, 2024, to include all eligible residential electric customers with underground or overhead services.
Program details:
- A fee of $1.99 will appear as a separate line item on your monthly RPU bill.
- If enrolled in both Service Assured® Water and Electric, the total cost is $3.00.
- No deductible applies to this coverage.

How to Opt Out
