Policies Adopted by the Rochester Public Utility Board
The following policies have been adopted by the Rochester Public Utilities (RPU) Board of Directors. The HTML version of each policy is the official and current version.
Each policy page includes a Signed Adoption Page (PDF) reflecting Board approval.
Policies 9 and 10 have been repealed. The numbering sequence has been preserved for recordkeeping purposes.
Official signed copies of Board policies are maintained by Rochester Public Utilities and are available through the City of Rochester’s public records request process, in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minn. Stat. Chapter 13).
