Board of Directors

RPU is governed by a five-member Utility Board. Four members are appointed by the Mayor to four-year terms, while one member, serving a two-year term, is a City Council representative who acts as a liaison to the Council.

The RPU Utility Board can be contacted by email at rpuboard@rpu.org. Emails sent to this address are forwarded to all five members of the Utility Board. For all other inquiries, please use the Contact Us page. 

Community members are invited to speak during the open comment period at each scheduled RPU Utility Board meeting. People wishing to provide public comment may sign up in person or submit written commentary in advance of the meeting by email to publiccomment@rpu.org. Printed materials brought to the meeting will be attached to the meeting record. Virtual participation is not available at this time. All board meetings are open to the public.
