Due to technical issues related to user registration and resetting passwords, we have taken down our new online customer system, RPU Connect. We are sorry for this inconvenience, and are working diligently to fix the identified issues. During this time, no late fees will be assessed, nor will disconnects occur.

If you have questions or need to make a payment, please visit the RPU Service Center (4000 East River Road NE) between 8a-5p M-F. Payments can also be made over the phone, however due to the current technical issues, you may experience higher than normal wait times.
