Access your account through the RPU Online Access Center




NOTICES AND UPDATES


* March 18, 2010- RPU payments made over our secure web site can take up to two days to post to your account. If you do not see a payment posting after two days, please contact Customer Service at 507-280-1500.

* October 9, 2009-
We will be changing the look and navigation of the RPU Online Access Center beginning on Friday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m. until Monday, October 12 at 8:00 a.m. During that time, you will not be able to access the site to make a payment online or access your account.

Once the upgrade is completed, the navigation will be located on the left side of the page, but fuctionality will remain the same. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

* September 1, 2009-
If you set your RPU automatic payment up with an NWA World Perks credit card, please make sure to verify that the card number and expiration date of your new card is the same as what you have on file with RPU. We have encountered problems due to the new cards being issued having different information, which causes a declined payment.

* To change the card number on file with RPU, contact RPU Customer Service at 507-280-1500 or you may change it yourself by accessing through the RPU Online Access Center.

*July 28, 2009-

In order to access the new RPU Online Access Center you will need to use your Business Partner Number, that is located at the top of your billing statement.

If you are making a past due payment, we recommend bringing your payment into the RPU Service Center to avoid any chance of a service disconnect due to the two days that online payments take to process. Thank you for your understanding.


Registration Note

On the registration page, a driver's license number or a social security number is needed. Please enter your driver's license number or your social security number, and enter 9's in for the other field. Do not leave the DL# or SSN field unfilled.
