Access
your account through the RPU Online Access Center
In order to access the
new RPU Online Access Center
you will need to use your Business Partner
Number, that is located at the top
of your billing statement.
If you are making a past due payment,
we recommend bringing your payment into the
RPU Service Center to avoid any chance of
a service disconnect due to the two days that
online payments take to process. Thank you
for your understanding.
Registration Note
On the registration page,
a driver's license number or
a social security number is needed. Please
enter your driver's license number or your
social security number, and enter 9's in for
the other field. Do not leave the DL# or SSN
field unfilled.
