Recycle your old compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) at no cost to you by bringing them to the Olmsted County Hazardous Waste Facility in Rochester.
- Please limit 10 bulbs per visit.
- The RPU Service Center is NOT a drop-off site due to safety and handling concerns.
