Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) Tom Bovitz Memorial ScholarshipScholarship funds totaling $2,250 are available to high school seniors planning to attend a post-secondary educational institution. It will be split up between three state winners of the essay contest.
The essay theme is "Municipal Utilities: Good for All of Us". This applies to municipal electric and gas utilities. Essays must be original and contain 500-1,000 words, typed and double-spaced.
