NOTICE
On the afternoon of Monday, January 26, 2009, or on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, or both, it is possible that a quorum of the Rochester Public Utility Board may be in attendance during the closing arguments in the trial of the case entitled City of Rochester v. Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency that is being held in Courtroom #7 on the sixth floor of the Olmsted County Government Center, 151 Fourth Street S.E., Rochester, Minnesota. No city or utility business will be discussed by those Utility Board members present.
