Credit Rating Upgrade (Presentation)
5. Funding of Next Phase of
Hybrid Energy System Study (HESS) The
Board recommended that RPU staff include funding
for HESS in the 2008 budget and work with
the University of Minnesota in securing a
grant to fund the research.
6. Wellhead
Protection Plan Part II Presentation (This
constitutes a public hearing in accordance
with Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4720, regarding
RPU’s Wellhead Protection Program. Public
input is requested.) The Board directed
staff to submit the draft report to the Minnesota
Department of Health for review and approval.
