A Quorum of the Utility Board may be present at a Joint Mayor/City Council, Olmsted County Board, and Public Utility Board meeting at 11:30 a.m. in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center to discuss a proposed transmission line and Public Works maintenance facilities.
